The Village is open to PPS Members and registered guests
It's easier - There's nothing to download. The messages 
stay on our server so there's never any clutter on your computer. Each question, and all the answers to that question, are pre-sorted into a folder to make finding what you need simple and easy.
It's faster - And, not only are the questions and answers grouped in a folder, but the folders are grouped with similar questions into sections called "forums." And the PPS Community doesn't waste time answering the same questions over and over because all the questions and answers contributed to the PPS Online Support Group are saved in archives and those archives have their own search engine.
It's safer - The PPS Online Community is for members-only. Strangers can't sign-on by themselves. No one can "harvest" your name or email address. Members can use a screen name (alias) if preferred. The PPS provides total privacy protection. And you will never download a computer virus from the PPS support group.

Search - Not only are all questions and answers stored, but the PPS archives have their own search engine so you can find what you need when you need it.
Check your private email messages - Every PPS message board user gets a free internal email account for private messages within the group. This protects your privacy and personal information and it makes communicating with other Group members fast and easy.
Need an answer in a hurry? Need to know the answer as soon as possible? The PPS message board system will notify you with an email alert the second someone responds to your question.
